Specific, measurable objectives
In the multi-annual strategic plan, the main trends for the COA are set out. These trends are then used to work out scenarios for the organisation. Together with the commission given to the COA, mission and core values, this leads to a number of objectives for the coming years. These objectives have been specified up to the operational level – as specifically and measurable as possible. The road map of the multi-annual strategic plan specifies in which year the COA will start working on which objectives.
Input from experts and stakeholders
Our multi-annual strategic plan was set out thanks to the input and feedback of the many experts and stakeholders from within as well as outside the COA.
